Brandis grew up nearby in Southeast Virginia and spent a lot of her childhood in the beautiful Outer Banks. After college, Brandis moved to Charleston, SC to start her extensive Logistics career with the Department of Defense. After twelve years of civil service, Brandis returned to the Outer Banks to personally manage her real estate properties in Kill Devil Hills and soon decided to use her unmatched drive, professionalism and problem solving skills to help people in a more personal way.
